Another Photo Retouch

my second photo retouch we had to do for computer art and animation. It's not hard to do, but is just a long annoying process. I didn't have very much fun on this project. It may be a necessity for magazines, but it's something that's overdone and should be taken down a notch.

What Came out?

For our what came out project i chose a picture of me doing a radical kickflip on a skateboard. I didn't use any of the coke splashes, only paint. The paint was easier for me to work with. I'm not very happy with this because it just didn't turn out the way I wanted it to.

Boop boop editing thing

Photo retouching is mainly seen in fashion ads or magazines. Many times it makes the people look unrealistic. That is the reason why I don't like it that much. :I

COOL COLOR WHEEL

The uncolored version
The Color Wheel

This has been my favorite project to date. We took a photograph and made a color wheel out of it. I chose to use signs from our parking lot. It took a long time and I am still not happy with it. I am much happier with the uncolored version.

Colorize Project

The picture I chose for my colorize project is Bethany Cosentino, the singer and guitarist for Best Coast. I really like this picture alot. It's a great band and was a fun little picture to do.

Hipsterland USA

Our third Comp. Art project involved overlaying a pattern to a second picture. I chose to use a bunch of Aztec style patterns on top of Mount Rushmore. Everything went really smoothly for this. I originally was going to use a picture of a red panda, but after I wasted an entire class period trying to get it to look right, I gave up and switched to this.
